At Excursion Care, we are committed to providing the highest quality service. Our quality assurance processes include:
- Regular training for all staff members.
- Routine inspections and feedback collection.
- Continuous improvement based on client feedback.
All our staff hold an industry relevant Certificate III or higher. All qualifications are obtained from Australian Tertiary Education Providers.
